1.5 years training for creating the next Teachers and Educators
Here at SWave, we have developed a unique plan, that allows you to learn Education from anywhere in the world.
Our plan is spread across 18 months and is consists of 920 academic hours. the students will learn online with our
Minute Man system, the help of their Personal Mentors, and while implementing the Ultra Learning techniques for accelerated self-study.
Every 2 weeks, the students will gather to meet and collaborate on a study trip to a School, an Organization, our headquarters, and more. As part of our 'Method Of Excellence', We believe that the combination of online learning with the study groups creates a comprehensive and powerful Hybrid Learning process.
The training is made up of 23 modules in 4 different domains: Education, Education Philosophy, Hybrid Learning, and Personal Skills.
After the first year, each student will take on an internship in schools, NGOs, and organizations. Following our
Full Immersion Principal, the student will firsthand learn and will put into practice his skills and knowledge.

The E-Tech CEO Program for International Educational Leaders is a unique initiative that connects principals, educators, and senior figures from the world of education in various countries to discuss, share knowledge, and lead international initiatives in the field of education.

The program includes leaders from high-tech companies aiming to introduce educational managers to high-tech tools for managing innovation in entrepreneurship and technology, and to explore how these tools can be used to improve global education.

The program focuses on educational innovation, humanistic technology, developing an international infrastructure, and the exchange of knowledge between the worlds of high-tech and global education.

The program consists of virtual international meetings held once a month.

Independent module meetings. Participants join according to their managerial and personal schedules.

Each module meeting includes two lectures: 1. An innovation lecture by an education leader from across the globe. 2. A lecture by an expert from the "Dream Team" on topics related to high-tech tools for innovation and entrepreneurship.
